2nd November: Induction to "Number Partners" a widening participation project for primary school children.

5th November to the 28th November: First series of pilot workshops start, 2 days per week for 4 weeks.

6th November to March 2008: Observation of ongoing design workshops with children in school considering rebuilding of its premises.

7th November: Cross Disciplinary Research Group (CDRG) Conference, The School of Education, The University of Nottingham.

21st November: "Awesome Athletes" (a widening participation project from the University of Nottingham). Observation and participation in whole school day event, Mansfield.

October

1st October: Virtual Learning Laboratory (VLL) visit, The School of Education, The University of Nottingham.

3rd October: Networking visit to Andree Woodcock, The School of Art and Design, The University of Coventry.

9th October: University of the West of England (UWE) participation seminar.

10th October: APPLE Programme starts, a staff development programme for women at the University of Nottingham.

15th October: Preliminary visit to pilot study school.
